At TIZIU DOCA, each item is made to order, specially produced for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If an item qualifies due to a defect or error, a replacement will be issued.

Refunds
